Bridgeview Estates Assisted Living

Eligibility: 60 years of age or older, capable of self-preservation (able to remove self from danger), independent in acitvites of daily living (we assist with bathing, shampooing, dressing and grooming). Independent management of incontinence, independent mobility (may self-propel wheelchair) and will accept assistance with medication administration if need for help is determined. Socialization: able to function adequately without a threat of harm to self or others. Will not regularly become disoriented causing disruption of stability and normal operation of the facility. Able to relate appropriately with other residents. Can be forgetful or slightly confused, but must accept and respond to re-direction.
