City-County Health District offers COVID-19 vaccinations.

The following COVID vaccinations are available:

  • Moderna

  • Pfizer

Who can get COVID-19 vaccines?

People ages 6 months and older.

​

Who can get COVID-19 booster vaccines?

  • People 5 years and older who are immunocompromised are eligible for a booster 2 months after the last bivalent booster.

  • People 65 years and older are eligible for a booster 4 months after the last bivalent booster.

  • If you have questions about your eligibility, call our office 701-845-8518.

COVID-19 at home testing

City-County Health District offers FREE COVID-19 at-home test kits. Test kits can be picked up at 415 2nd Avenue NE, Valley City, ND during regular business hours, Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
