Aerobic – get at least 150 minutes of moderate aerobic physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week

Strength – do two days focusing on strength training

Children & Teens: 

Get 60 minutes or more of moderate or vigorous aerobic physical activity each day

Community ON THE MOVE is a program designed to encourage individuals and families to set a physical activity goal and engage in regular physical activity to become physically fit, look good, and become healthier!               

The program offers opportunities for the participants to get active with classes and TRY IT sessions (an exercise class that is offered once so you can try it to see if you like it) and make other healthy changes.  Community ON THE MOVE runs from January 1st through March 15th each year.
