Health Tracks
North Dakota Health Tracks is a free preventive screening available for children ages 0-21 who are eligible for Medical Assistance. Screenings are completed at City County Heath District in the Barnes County Courthouse. Please call our office as soon as possible at 845-8518 to schedule a Health Tracks appointment.
